71 Bulgarian and international companies with different size and from different spheres joined in the second research 'the best employers' in Bulgaria held by the international company for consulting in the sphere of the human resources and the outsourcing Hewitt Associates in cooperation with its Bulgarian partner 'Monday Insight'. In comparison with last year the firms that have participated are nearly 50% more. Among them there are a lot of companies from the sector of the IT, maybe because of the good results, shown by this branch last year.

This year the classation is made upon the opinions of 13 000 servants, 275 high managers and the questionnaires for the politics of the staff, the business strategy, the manager's style and the practices for managing people.

Big companies
1. "GlaxoSmithKline" ltd (pharmaseptic industry)
2. "McDonald's Bulgaria" ltd (fast food chain restaurants) - first place in the research in 2006 y.
3. "ASSAREL-MEDET" AG (gathering industry)
4. "Actavis" SA (pharmaseptic industry)
5. "Germanos Telecom Bulgaria" SA (telecommunications)

Small and middle companies
1. "telerik" AG (IT)
2. Colliers International (consulting services - real estate) - third place in the research in 2006 y.
3. "Avendi" ltd (marketing and distribution of quickturnover consumer goods)
4. ComMetric (tv researches and analyses, development of new methodologies, IT)
5. VMware Bulgaria (IT) - a former Sciant, having won second place in the research in 2006 y.
